Personality-Related Concerns

Some adults seek help for long-standing patterns involving mood shifts, relationship stress, impulsivity, anger, self-image, anxiety, trauma symptoms, or difficulty feeling emotionally steady. These concerns can be painful and often come with years of feeling misunderstood.

Medtriq provides respectful mental health evaluation, medication management, and therapy on a limited basis when clinically appropriate. DBT groups or a formal DBT program are not currently offered.

How Medtriq can help

Evaluation can help clarify whether symptoms may be related to mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, substance use, personality-related patterns, or a combination of concerns.

Medication may help certain symptoms or co-occurring conditions for some people, but therapy is often an important part of care for personality-related concerns. Medtriq may provide limited therapy when available or recommend outside therapy, DBT-informed therapy, or other supports when clinically appropriate.

The goal is not to reduce a person to a label. The goal is to understand patterns, identify what is getting in the way, and discuss next steps that may help.
