Terms of Use
Last updated: June 26, 2026
These Terms of Use explain the rules for using the Medtriq website. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
These Terms apply only to this public website. They do not replace patient intake forms, clinical consents, telehealth consents, financial policies, or other documents that may apply if you become a Medtriq patient.
About Medtriq
Medtriq provides behavioral health services for adults in Washington State, including mental health evaluation, medication management, limited therapy availability, and substance-use treatment. Medtriq is telehealth-first and also maintains one office in University Place, Washington.
Website information is educational
The information on this website is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for an evaluation by a qualified health care provider.
Behavioral health symptoms, medical history, medications, substance use, safety concerns, and treatment goals vary from person to person. Treatment decisions are made through an assessment, discussion with a provider, clinical judgment, and the patient-provider relationship.
No provider-patient relationship through website use
Using this website, reading website content, submitting a general contact form, sending an email, calling or texting the practice, clicking a telehealth link, or completing an intake request does not by itself create a provider-patient relationship.
A provider-patient relationship is established only after Medtriq accepts you as a patient and the appropriate clinical, administrative, and consent processes are completed.
No treatment guarantee
Website information may describe conditions, services, and treatment options that can be considered in care. This does not mean a specific medication, diagnosis, appointment, treatment, or outcome is guaranteed.
Medication decisions and treatment plans are made after a clinical evaluation and depend on each patient's symptoms, history, goals, safety considerations, provider judgment, and applicable laws or clinical standards.
Emergencies and crisis situations
Do not use this website, email, contact forms, text messaging, intake forms, or telehealth links for emergencies.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are in suicidal crisis or emotional distress, call or text 988.
Contact form and electronic communications
The website contact form is for general inquiries only. Do not include sensitive medical information, detailed symptoms, medication information, substance-use history, emergency information, or other private health information in the general contact form.
For patient-care questions, calling or texting Medtriq at 253.666.6780 is usually faster and more efficient. If no one answers, please leave a message.
Email, website forms, text messaging, and other internet communications may not always be secure. Medtriq may use specific communication platforms, intake systems, or patient processes for clinical communications.
Telehealth links
Telehealth room links are provided for convenience. Use the telehealth room that matches your appointment type or the instructions you were given.
Telehealth links are not monitored for emergencies. Accessing a telehealth room does not guarantee that a provider is available, that a visit can occur, or that a particular treatment will be provided.
Washington-focused services
Medtriq primarily provides care for adults in Washington State. Website information may not apply outside Washington. Access to services may depend on location, provider availability, clinical fit, insurance coverage, appointment capacity, and applicable legal or licensing requirements.
Insurance and payment information
Insurance and payment information on this website is general. Coverage varies by plan, network status, benefits, authorization requirements, service type, and other factors. Website content does not guarantee coverage, payment, appointment availability, or insurance reimbursement.
Patients are encouraged to complete the appropriate intake process or call/text Medtriq to better understand available options.
Third-party websites and services
This website may link to third-party websites or services, such as telehealth platforms, intake forms, communication platforms, insurance resources, analytics tools, website hosting providers, or external educational resources.
Medtriq does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, security, availability, or terms. When you leave the Medtriq website, the third party's own policies may apply.
